New Year’s Eve Réveillon at Smith St Bistrot
Take the spiral staircase up to our private salon, La Vie en Rose, as New Year’s Eve takes a decidedly Parisian turn.
For one night, we’re hosting an intimate réveillon curated by jazz singer Abbey Paige Williams, with live vocals from Abbey and burlesque by Miss Holly Wouldn't. Inspired by the wit and glamour of the Moulin Rouge and Crazy Horse, it’s cabaret at close quarters.
Settle in for three courses and the show, with a sommelier’s choice beverage package from 6:30pm, included until curtain close.
Join us as we lower the lights on 2026 – and raise the curtain on 2027 with a little joie de vivre.

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a French menu in the main dining room, cooked with Australian producers: Corner Inlet calamari, Rannoch Farm quail, Pure Black Wagyu rump cap and Yarra Valley strawberries.
New Year’s Eve at Chancery Lane
The last table of the year should be a good one. We’re sending the year off with a European-style feast – generous, seasonal, and cooked with care. Bring friends, a partner, a lover, a stranger you’re about to know better. Pull up a chair.

New Year’s Eve at Estelle
The last night of the year, around the corner.
Pull up a chair for New Year’s Eve, right here on High Street. We’re running two sittings, so you can choose the earlier table or the later one. Bring your people and settle in.
The menu begins with a few snacks, then moves through yellowfin tuna with summer gazpacho, corn agnolotti, and Black Opal wagyu rump cap. And then there’s dessert, which is the one we’re most looking forward to: Kampot pepper custard with roasted strawberry, shiso and a wattleseed sablé. Save room.
When midnight gets close, head out and watch the fireworks from High Street, before walking home. No Uber surcharges, no fuss.
